I would recommend Blood Baron as your bomb win card if your not using rites, and arbor elf is more useful then avacyn's pilgrim if you are running ...

Garruks Horde is a good addition to an elf deck, with all the mana from your elves you could continually cast more and more elfs

try using Burning-Tree Emissary, it'll give you early creature presence and synergies well with flinthoof boar and searing spear
