Personaly, worldslayer is one of my favorate cards for it's power to clear the board, I recently thought making a deck with worldslayer and creatures such as doomed traveler or creatures with undying in order to leave behind a little army to finish the opponent off after a hit with Worldslayer. Apart from that strategy you can also reserve creatures without undying with Oblivion Ring, once worldslayer wipes the board, your exiled creature will return unharmed.
Now I'm a somewhat crappy deck builder so I want YOU the community to help me make Worldslayer a better card for players. I've made a somewhat Mediocore start to a deck that needs all the improovement possible, if you wish to help making my pile of crap turn into a stack of gold blocks that would be awesome or if you like this idea and want to make your OWN deck and submit it to me or the comments below you are welcome to do so.
Well, Loyal Cathar seems like it would fit your deck, but I think I would just get a bigger creature like Thrun that has regenerate in order to kill the opponent quickly after the worldslaying. Otherwise they could play a land and a 1/1, block and you are both back at square 1. [Report]
Hmmm I think you're right about that, although adding green would put it dangerous at 4 colors but I think I'll drop the red for Thrun and other green cards. Maybe a parallel lives if I can find an efficient way to save it from worldslayer. [Report]
One thing I did for a while was have a hovermyr equipped with worldslayer, and a bronze squire with darksteel plate. Both swing, everything but my one myr dies, and I proceed to kill him in increments of one after equipping worldslayer back on with the squires ability. It pisses people off because most people dont want to quit in hopes of drawing a one drop creature to block with. [Report]

Parallel Lives is not going to work well with worldslayer.I would replace them with Viridian Emissary.4 Birds of Paradise or Llanowar Elves would speed things up.
